In 2016, the owners had the unistone reinstalled correctly, the backyard was redone, leveled to correct slopes. The rear grass, front staircase and the rear deck were redone. All the plans are available to the buyer, more than 35 000$ were invested.

A new irrigation system was installed in 2016, the cost was 2483$
