- The potential tenant must read and agree to the building rules and regulations.
- The tenant is responsible for keeping the condo clean and sanitary and for paying for any damage caused by the tenant's abuse/neglect.
- Proof of liability insurance ($2M) prior to possession.
- Conditional on a credit report check, as well as the tenant's agreement to sign a payment history verification form and reference checks, if necessary (at the tenant's expense) to the landlord's satisfaction.
- The tenant must return the unit to its original condition at the end of the lease.
- No holes, including nails, may be made in the walls without the landlord's consent.
- The tenant is not permitted to sublet or transfer a lease without the landlord's written consent.
- The tenant agrees to provide post-dated checks for the entire duration of the tenant's stay.
- The tenant must return the unit to its original condition. The unit is deemed smoke-free, including cannabis and vaping. The cultivation, production, distribution, or purchase of cannabis or any illegal substance is strictly prohibited.
-Any short-term subletting, such as, but not limited to, AirBnB, is strictly prohibited and will constitute a breach of the lease.
