THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS MUST BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF ANY PROMISE TO LEASE:
a) References and credit checks by the company Oligny & Thibodeau, must be submitted within five (5) days of acceptance of a promise to lease;
b) Non-smoker; (no smoking inside or on the property)
c) No animals with the exception of one cat.
d) The Lessee will provide the Lessor with proof of liability and insurance and content coverage, prior to occupancy.
e) The owner will be allowed to enter the home upon 48 hours'notice.
f) Proof of income and employment letter
g) Tenants will pay for any repairs to Kitchen appliances if needed.
h) Tenant will not paint walls or make changes to the current interior.
I) Tenant will pay for any household repair up to 250$ and any and all repairs caused by their own misuse or negligence.
j)Tenants are responsible for snow removal.
