Please note the following informations:
*The Lessee will provide a proof of employment, a copy of the work permit (if available) as well as all pertinant informations to allow credit verification at the entire satisfaction of the Lessor.
*The Lessee will provide proof of Tenant and Liability Insurance for two millions dollars ($2,000,000.00) before occupancy and for the entire rental period.
*The Lessee will pay to the Condo Association the moving fees at his arrival and departure from the condo
*The Lessee will not be autorised to repaint the premises without the autorisation of the Lessor.
*The internet service presently provided is supplied by the co-ownership association.... the Lessor will not be providing this service should the association discontinues the service.
*No pets and non-smokers please
