9. All of the inclusions shall be included and in working condition before occupancy and must be returned in the same condition at the end of the lease, except for normal wear and tear.

10. Lessee(s) agree to pay for the first $175.00 of any required repair by a licensed professional.

11. Lessors shall be provided with access to the condo unit 3 times a year in order to clean the air exchanger.
