My real estate journey began in january 2001 alongside my mother, Nicole Dicaire Ramsay, at RE/MAX Dicaire. Coming from a family of brokers spanning four generations in Lachine, I grew up in a world where real estate wasn’t just a job — it was a passion and a legacy.

In 2003, I became a certified real estate broker, allowing me to take on a management role in our Dorval office. Early on, I discovered a deep interest in developing talent and leading teams.

In 2012, I joined the Groupe Mackay as Sales Director. There, I began coaching and training brokers to help them refine their approach and increase their success. This experience strengthened my skills in strategic coaching and team leadership.

Since 2016, I’ve had the privilege of serving as General Manager at RE/MAX ROYAL JORDAN, the largest RE/MAX franchise in Quebec. In this role, I focus daily on one-on-one coaching, recruitment, training, and personalized guidance to help each broker thrive.

I’m also deeply involved in the local business community. I served as president of the Lachine Business Network (RALI) and remain an active member of the West Island Business Group. I continuously invest in ongoing training to stay ahead of industry trends and better support our team.
