Since receiving my real estate license in 1995, I’ve been fortunate to have helped many buyers and sellers achieve their objectives. From the beginning of my career I’ve focused on only one priority: the interests of my client. I employ a hands-on approach and choose to be easily accessible and very responsive to my clients. Despite the abundance of real estate information readily available via the Internet, buyers and sellers still need the help, guidance, and insight of an experienced real estate professional. Understanding and anticipating the market allows me to best position my clients for success. Buyers and sellers experience many emotions during the process of a real estate transaction. My role as a real estate professional is to keep a cool head and an ‘eye-on-the-prize’ approach so the process stays on track and moving forward. I have a network of other real estate professionals such as notaries, building inspectors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, architects, designers, landscapers, and other specialized or general tradespeople to whom we can turn when necessary. These are long-term relationships I’ve built to which my clients have easy access. It is an honour and a privilege to assist people any time they are involved in purchasing or selling property, whether it is their first or last transaction. I value the trust people place in me and always do my utmost to be worthy of it. Perhaps this seems old-fashioned in what some may think is a fast-paced, what’s-in-it-for-me, click-and-order world. But I believe we all still need our suppliers of goods and services to sincerely care about us, and our outcomes.
