RENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Lessee shall provide credit references (good standing order bank referral, proof of employment, working visa if applicable, credit check authorization)
2. Lessee's insurance (2M) required, proof to be provided at lease signing & before occupancy.
3. in addition to the first month of rental that is paid within the 48 hours of n accepted offer
to Re/max Royal Jordan inc, both parties agree to pay a the last rental month at the signature of the contract with the Regie du Logement to the Lessors
4. If applicable, the cost of repairing any damages other than regular wear-and-tear of the
premises shall be paid by the Lessee (example: unclogging of toilet or shower drains if clogged by too much paper or sanitary napkin or long hair)
5. Any repairs of an ordinary nature, will be the responsibiity of the Lessee. In particular,
replacement of bulbs, batteries in the appliances
6. Repairs to appliances, heating (other than Lessee's misuse) will be the responsibility of the
Lessor.
7. NON-smoking of any kind
8. Pets allowed on a case by case basis
9. No sublets - short or long term - without the Lessor's prior consent
10. No dark painting permitted w/out the Lessor's prior agreement
11.No subleases of Airbnb type or other services allowed
12. Rental shorter than 1 year could be considered and the house could be rented furnished - for these options please contact the listing broker
