Heating is included in the rental price.


***UNIT RULES***

- It is prohibited to smoke and/or vape in the house.

- It is prohibited to smoke Marijuana and/or Cannabis on the property, both inside and outside.

- It is prohibited to grow Marijuana and/or cannabis on the property, both inside and outside.

- Pets and/or animals are prohibited

- Tenants will need references that the landlord can verify.

- A letter of employment is required.

- The lessee(s) must provide a full credit check report at their expense (one per each applicant).

- The Lease application is to be accepted by lessor.

- Proof of tenant insurance($2,000,000 liability).

- NO AIRBNB.

- NO sub-Leasing.

- ALL VISITS MUST GIVE A MINIMUM OF 24 HOUR NOTICE.

- The Listing Broker must open the door for all visits.

- The lessee(s) must initial and accept to follow the condo By-Laws and the Rules.
