Rental conditions :

Full credit check and proof of employment/ income are mandatory and to the entire satisfaction of the lessor, shall be accompanied with the offer.

Lessee will return the property in the same condition at the end of the lease, except for normal wear and tear.

Lessee will return the property in the same level of cleanliness (other than normal wear and tear)as when first rented.

Tenant will be responsible for any damages to quartz counters in kitchen

No pets, no smoking of any sorts,no cultivation of cannabis, no illegal drugs, no AirBNB, no sublets, no short term (less than one year).

Wall decoration must be done with small nails only.

Tenant will be responsible for watering the grass and maintain it in good condition.

Tenant has to maintain the front bushes in good conditions.

Proof of Tenant's Insurance (Liability and Content with a minimum coverage of 2
million($2,000,000.00), prior to occupancy for duration of lease.

Three months notice for renewal.

If the lease is not renewed at the end of the term, the Lessee MUST allow ALL visit requests for all new potential tenants, for which 48 hours notice shall be given.
