TERMS & CONDITIONS

- No pets allowed without prior approval of the lessor.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- The consumption and/or cultivation of cannabis is strictly prohibited.
- Prospective tenants must provide a credit and background check and as well as employment
references.
- Tenants must maintain rental insurance with civil liability coverage of two million dollars. A
copy of the policy must be submitted to the lessor upon signing the official lease.
- Rentals to third parties such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc., are strictly prohibited. Subject to fines.
- Tenants must not repaint the unit or change the lock.
- Future tenants must open an account with Hydro before the date of possession and provide written
confirmation.
- Prospective tenants must comply with the co-ownership rules at all times. A copy will be
attached to the official lease.
- The elevator rental fees for moving in/out will be at the expense of the lessees.
- The property must be returned to the lessor in the same condition as it was at the beginning of
the lease, other than regular wear and tear.
