Tenant Acknowledgments and Rental Conditions
The tenant acknowledges and accepts the following:

The furniture shown in the photos is for illustration purposes only.
The driveway will not be paved until 2026.
The basement and basement bedroom will be completed by July 1st.
The balcony will be completed by July 1st.
The grass and fencing will be installed this summer; an exact date cannot be provided.
Rental Conditions:

No subleasing, Airbnb, or short-term rentals permitted.
No smoking.
No cannabis use or production.
No pets (unless authorized by the owner).
The tenant is responsible for mowing the grass in the fenced backyard as well as the small patch of grass in the front.
$2M civil liability insurance required, and the tenant must provide proof 4 days before occupancy.
Proof of income required and letter of employment required.
Credit check required from Enquêtes Excellenc (at the applicant's expense) and must accompany the Promise to Lease.
References required.
Any Promise to Lease accepted by the LESSOR is conditional upon the results of a credit and/or background check to the LESSOR'S satisfaction.
