All furniture, fixtures and equipment used in the salon, including reception/waiting furniture, styling and wash stations, mirrors, manicure, pedicure, aesthetic and treatment-room equipment, coffee area, washer/dryer, POS and telephone systems, management system, majority of products and hair-colour inventory, textiles, cleaning equipment and exterior signage. Also included, where transferable: website, social media, phone number and client database.

Personal belongings and any tools, equipment or products belonging to employees, independent professionals or third parties, including any leased or financed equipment, if applicable.
