1 - The premises are currently occupied by a restaurant whose equipment is for sale. Should you wish to lease this space, it will be important to confirm with the building owner whether any equipment may be retained, subject to availability, or whether the premises must be fully vacated.

2 - The proposed lease project must be approved by both the landlord and the city. Proof of insurance must be provided to the landlord.

3 - There are additional charges to the base rent of $2,200 + taxes per month for 2026.

4 - The tenant is required to maintain a service contract for the heating and air conditioning units. Proof of such contract must be provided to the landlord.

5 - The aerial photos show the property when a fruit and vegetable stand was in operation. The owner is offering the land for lease, and this type of kiosk is welcome.

6 - A credit check will be conducted.
