* The Tenant will provide a confirmation of employment and a copy of his work permit and all the relevant information allowing a full credit check to the entire satisfaction of the Owner.
* The Tenant will provide proof of Tenant and Liability insurance with liability for two million dollars($2,000,000.00) before occupancy and for the entire period of the lease.
* The Tenant will accept and respect all rules and regulations of the building.
* No smoking of any kind or vaping, no production of drugs, no pets, no short term rentals or subleasing like Air Bnb are allowed.
* Clearing snow from the steps and balcony will be the Tenant's responsibility
