The tenant must comply with the following:

Subject to credit check and employment verification.

Proof of civil liability insurance ($2 million) before signing the lease.

No pets.

No Airbnb or similar short-term sublet.

This is a non-smoking apartment. The tenant must not, and must not allow anyone to smoke tobacco, cannabis or any other substance in the interior of the accommodation, and the common areas.

The potential tenant must read and accept the building regulations.

The tenant agrees to pay the monthly rent by electronic transfer for the entire duration.

At the end of the lease, the accommodation must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, which includes all inclusions of the condo, as well as the condition of the accommodation.

Moving Notice:

Notify at least 7 business days in advance.
Simultaneously with submitting written notice to the manager or board of directors, the co-owner, tenant, or occupant intending to move must provide a security deposit of three hundred and fifty dollars ($350) in cash. One hundred dollars ($100) will be deducted from this deposit for administrative fees and the time of the designated supervisor for the inspection of common areas before and after the move and the installation of protective coverings on the elevator walls.
