RENTAL CONDITIONS:

1. Tenant agrees to provide references, proof of employment/salary and credit check.
2. The tenant will be required to provide proof of homeowner's insurance upon signing the lease and prior to occupancy.
3. The cost of repairing any damage other than normal wear and tear will be borne by the tenant.
4. No smoking (tobacco, cannabis, vaping or other).
5. Animals are not accepted.
6. No subletting allowed unless agreed with the owner.
7. No painting or alterations to the apartment permitted without prior agreement with the owner.
8. The number of occupants and the names of all occupants must be declared at the time of the promise to lease.
