Rental Conditions:

The Tenant must provide proof of employment, a copy of their work permit, and all necessary information required to allow a complete verification of their solvency to the full satisfaction of the Landlord.
The Tenant must provide proof of civil liability insurance in the amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) before moving in, and maintain this coverage for the entire duration of the lease.
The Tenant must accept and comply with the building's internal rules.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke or vape, produce drugs, have pets, rent the unit for shortterm stays, or sublet it (for example, through Airbnb). No lease transfer may be completed without the written consent of the Landlord.
