* The Tenant will provide a confirmation of employment and a copy of his work permit and all the
relevant information allowing a credit check to the entire satisfaction of the Owner.
* The Tenant will provide proof of tenant insurance with liability for two million dollars
($2,000,000.00) before occupancy valid for the entire period of the lease.
* The Tenant will accept and respect all rules and regulations of the building.
* The Tenant will not be allowed to repaint without written consent given by the landlord.
* No smoking of any kind, no production of drugs, no pets, no short term rentals like Air Bnb are
allowed.
* The landlords accept documentation sent in French or in English.
