The rental offer is conditional upon the landlord's satisfaction with a credit check and employment verification.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The tenant agrees to comply at all times with the building and condominium regulations.
The tenant must maintain the unit in clean and good condition at all times.
Any damage caused by negligence, abuse, or misuse will be at the tenant's expense.
No painting is permitted without the written consent of the landlord.
Lost keys are at the tenant's expense. No lock changes are permitted.
At the end of the lease, the premises must be returned in its original condition, subject to normal wear and tear.
Any misuse of appliances will be at the tenant's expense.
The landlord or their representatives may access the property with 24 hours' notice, in accordance with the law.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
No consumption, cultivation, or production of cannabis is permitted.
The tenant must maintain a minimum of $2,000,000 in liability insurance, as well as insurance covering personal belongings and relocation/living expenses in the event of a loss or major repairs rendering the unit uninhabitable. This insurance must remain in force for the entire duration of the lease.
Pets are allowed under certain conditions, to be discussed.
