- Smoking in the unit, on the balcony or in the building is strictly prohibited.
- No consumption or cultivation of cannabis.
- Future LESSEES must consent to a verification of their credit/background and must provide employment references
- LESSEES must maintain tenant insurance with civil liability coverage of two million dollars. A copy of the policy must be submitted upon signing the official lease.
- Rentals to any third party such as Airbnb , VRBO etc. are strictly forbidden. Major fines will be levied.
- Lessees must not paint the unit or change the front lock.
- The future lessees must transfer Hydro to their names by the date of possession and provide written confirmation.
- The property must be returned to the LESSOR in the same condition that it was in at the beginning of the lease, minus regular wear and tear.
- Future tenants are responsible for the cost of renting the elevator for moving in / moving out.
