- LESSEES must obtain tenant insurance with civil liability coverage of two million dollars. Copy of the policy must be submitted upon signing the official lease and must be maintained for the duration of said lease.
- Rentals to a third party such as Airbnb or VRBO are strictly forbidden. Subject to major fines.
- A security deposit equivalent to one month of rent is required for furniture and supplies.
- A cleaning fee of $ 200.00 will be paid by the LESSEES prior to the date of occupancy.
