GENERALTERMS & CONDITIONS

- No pets without prior approval from the lessor.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited.
- The consumption and/or cultivation of cannabis is strictly forbidden.
- Prospective tenants must provide their credit report , letters of employment and references.
- Lessees must obtain rental insurance with civil liability coverage of two million dollars. A
copy of the policy must be submitted to the lessor upon signing the official lease.
- Rentals to third parties such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc., are strictly prohibited. Subject to fines.
- Tenants must not repaint the unit or change the lock.
- Elevator rental fees and other costs related to moving in/out will be at the expense of the
future lessees.
- Future tenants must comply with the coownership rules at all times.
- The property must be returned to the lessor in the same condition as at the beginning of the
lease, other than regular wear and tear.
