8 - Tenant(s) must provide proof of liability insurance of 2 Million for the duration of the

9 - Open a Hydro account under the Lessee's name before occupancy.
10 - The tenancy/tenancies is conditional, subject to a letter of employment, satisfactory credit
report and background check;
11 - Tenant(s) must allow the lessor access to the property with 24 hours' notice for seasonal
furnace filter changes.;
12 -- All occupants living in the property must belong to the same family, and the number of people
suitable for the home is limited;
13 - No animals.
14 - When painting walls or ceilings, only use light-coloured paint.

Snow removal, lawn maintenance, hydro-heating, electricity, and water tax bill will apply if usage
