What a charming bungalow in the heart of Rawdon. This bungalow has been in the family for many years and now it is time for another family to enjoy! The bungalow has had some great renovations over the years. Most notably there was an extension added to the left side of the house. Rawdon is really a gem of a town; it has everything you need. Less than an hour from Montreal. Rawdon offers some great outdoor living and scenery. You are minutes away from Darwin Falls Park, a stunning waterfall and park. You can also enjoy skiing at Montcalm Ski Hill. Rawdon even has its own beach which is just a few minutes away on 8th Ave. Of course, there are plenty of ski-doo trails and so many lovely lakes for canoeing, kayaking or swimming.
