On the ground floor you have the beautiful solarium, open concept kitchen dinning room and living room with a cozy gas fire place, with the main bedroom and custom built bathroom with a soaking bath tube next to it.

In the basement, you can find 2 bedrooms ( one of them being used as storage presently and is unfinished), with a beautiful stand alone shower (washer and dryer are in this bathroom) and a nice playroom area all with wood flooring
