LEASE CONDITIONS:
The LESSEE(S) must agree to the following:
1. To undergo a satisfactory credit and background verification by TRUSTii,
2. to obtain Civil Liability Insurance of $2M, copy of which must be submitted to the LESSOR prior to occupancy,
3. via E-transfer, to provide a deposit for the 1st month of the Lease, plus a damage deposit of $1500, within 36 hours of acceptance of the Promise to Lease. The damage deposit will be returned within 7 days following a final walk-through of the property and in full provided there is no damage, other than normal wear and tear, to the property.
