At the age of 21, Patrick Wells moved to the big city of Montreal, embarking in city life. He quickly realized that he is happier living in an environment close to nature and in a community where people know and help each other. Being near nature helps him find balance in his life. The Soulanges region was therefore ideal for him. It offers him everything he needs to flourish: an incredible quality of life, a peaceful country setting, as well as numerous rivers.
Established in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges sector for over 25 years, he has not only found the region perfect for family life, but also a place to grow professionally. Over the years, he has forged his reputation as an honest and hard-working broker, someone who can be truly trusted: “I listen to the needs of my clients and do everything I can to help realize their projects. I like to share with them my experience and knowledge of the Montérégie West and South regions. "
Work is important to Patrick, but his family is just as important. In 2005, in order to offer the best possible future for his son, he decided to return to school to become a real estate broker. This choice made him come to the realization that one can excel in his work while giving time to his passions. A fan of sports, Patrick is fortunate to combine his love of sports with his family life: "I have coached my son's baseball team for 10 years. I believe it is essential to instill persistence, teamwork and having fun in young people. I even sponsored my baseball team’s uniforms because kids deserve the best. "
Generous of his time and knowledge, there is no greater satisfaction for him than to see the joy in the face of his customers. Getting what his clients want is what inspires Patrick to excel in his profession.
