At the age of 21, Patrick Wells embarked on an adventure in Montreal. Hequickly realized he was happier living close to nature and in a community where people knew and supported each other. Being near green spaces helped him find balance in his life. The Soulanges region was therefore the perfect fit for him. It offered him everything he needed to thrive: an incredible quality of life, a peaceful, rural setting, and numerous waterways.

Having settled in Montérégie-Ouest for over 30 years, he has not only found the perfect region for family life, but also a place to grow professionally. Over the years, he has built his reputation as an honest and hardworking real estate broker, someone you can truly trust: “I listen to my clients' needs and I do everything I can to help them achieve their goals.”  “I enjoy sharing my experience and knowledge of the Montérégie-West and South regions with them.” That’s why he puts so much effort into being the best real estate broker for his clients.

Work is important to Patrick, but so is his family. In 2005, to give his son the best possible future, he decided to return to school to become a real estate broker. This choice made him realize that it’s possible to excel in your work while still dedicating time to your passions. A sports enthusiast, Patrick is fortunate enough to combine his love of sports with his family life: “I coached a baseball team in Lac-Saint-Louis for 14 years. I believe it’s essential to instill in young people perseverance, team work, and the joy of having fun. I even sponsored my baseball team’s uniforms because the kids deserved the best.“

Generous with his time and knowledge, Patrick finds no greater satisfaction than seeing the joy on the faces of his clients in Vaudreuil-Soulanges and else where in Quebec. Successfully achieving his clients' goals is what inspires him to excel in his profession as a real estate broker.
