2025: Front lawn reseeded, Wood trims in LVR, DNR and upper
level painted.
2024: The basement was redone with Engineered wood floor, new
divisions and walls with neutral paint colors.
2023: Overhead kitchen fan vent installed that vents outside.
2020: New deck installed with composite wood. No painting
required.
2020: Heat pump installed (Air conditioning and Heat)
2019: Up stairs master ensuite bathroom was redone with a large
corner shower and a separate tub.
2018: Roof shingles were replaced.
2018: Gutters were installed.
2018: Basement was refinished, All walls were insulated with
spray foam insulation. Divisions for storage FMR & playroom were redone. A new sump pump was added.
2018: The kitchen appliances were replaced for stainles steel.

2024: Our sump pump stopped working and we got some water in the basment in the big storm. We had everything professionally repaired.

- Electrical was replaced with square-D 200 amp. Panel by previous owners.
